River Oaks
River Oaks is a small city of just over 7000 people near downtown Fort Worth. The Trinity River's West Fork creates a natural boundary for this 1.9 square mile and heavily wooded area. Residents take advantage of the local scenery by trail riding, running, bicycling and walking along the Trinity River. Students attend school in the Castleberry Independent School District, which has received a Superior Achievement rating from the Texas Education Agency for the 2007-08 academic year. It is the highest rating possible.
