North Richland Hills

In 2007, North Richland Hills had a population estimated at 64,050. It is the third largest city in Tarrant County. In 2002, North Richland Hills created an Art in Public Spaces program, which seeks to add beauty to public areas and also generates a distinguishing characteristic for the city. The Recreation Center also offers Artsploration Courses for residents throughout the summer. The city has a variety of special events for the community including a Film Festival, a Community Health Fair, and a Daddy/Daughter Valentine Dance. North Richland Hills also has an extensive park and trail system, and both youth and adult sports leagues. There is a family water park called NRH20, which has free parking and welcomes picnicking.
