		<title>Fort Worth&#8217;s March hints at recovery</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Fort Worth had 751 home sales in March 2010.   It is the highest number of sales for the quarter.  It is 10 percent higher than March 2009&#8217;s 684, but 12 percent lower than March 2008&#8217;s 849, which is why it&#8217;s only a hint.  It&#8217;s the highest price seen since October 2009.
