Fort Worth had 751 home sales in March 2010. It is the highest number of sales for the quarter. It is 10 percent higher than March 2009’s 684, but 12 percent lower than March 2008’s 849, which is why it’s only a hint. There is only one price category to have a real increase in homes sold. That price category includes homes price from $30,000 to $40,000, which increased in real homes sold by 20.9 percent.
